We are the only company in Ireland who produce dished ends by pressing and forming from steel plates. Bespoke dished ends are manufactured from stainless and carbon steels for storage tanks and pressure vessels.

All dishes are supplied with QA documentation according to our ISO 9001 Quality Management System including 3.1 plate material certificates where required.

Dished End Manufacture – Product Range

Diameter – 1250 to 4000mm
Thickness – 4mm up to 25mm
Profile – 2:1 semi ellipsoidal, 10% or 6% torispherical

Supplementary services supplied include:

• Semi-automatic seam welding of plates on SAF welding plant
• X-ray examination of weld seams
• Acid cleaning of finished ends
• Edge preparations to customer requirements
