We offer a complete fabrication and finishing service to their own designs or customer produced drawings. Our skilled workforce are experienced in fabricating from mild or stainless steels and aluminium. Project builds, prototype development and the supply of fully integrated assemblies including electrical, pneumatics and hydraulics can be achieved with quality and cost competitiveness guaranteed.

Fabrication Equipment include

• Steel plate & cone rolls (3mtr & 6mtr plate rolls)
• Semi-automatic welding plant (SAF plate seam welder)
• MIG/Mag, TIG, submerged arc and aluminium welding plant
• Column and boom dished end manipulator (SAF)

Fabrication projects include

• Pipework fabrication in all metric and NB stainless and linepipe
(NDT and assembly pressure testing available)
